· New Customer Acquisition (NTB) through individual external efforts for current account, bank savings account products. Clients must be from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, corporations, businesses.
Revenue generation, customer acquisition, customer loyalty, profitability through compliance with products, processes and regulatory requirements
Handhold acquired clients during the initial 3 month period to deepen the values of the relationship before passing it on to the bank branch team
Maintenance of the average quarterly balance
Regularly organize promotional and customer events to generate leads
· Cross-selling of MF, gold, insurance and asset products.
Fresher or Graduate with relevant experience (at least 1 year of passive sales experience preferred)
· Hard-core selling mindset. Primary motivation for achieving goals. One hunter per orientation.
Must be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorial qualities.
