Looking for a QA with more than 5 years of experience –

Call audit – Voice process quality analysis – Session 1-1 with agents to provide feedback

Call Calibration – Generate Quality Report – Identify Gaps and Provide Feedback and Refresher Session to Agents to Improve Call Quality

Good knowledge of QC tools and methodologies – can provide voice and accent training to agents

Make sure there are no compliance violations during the call and report it to management
