Job description: Working under the direction of the Manager, Project Support, the Project Implementation Supervisor ensures the day-to-day operation of the Project Implementation Team by creating and maintaining external client projects within the financial systems in using study information obtained from various sources to ensure no negative impact on all upstream and downstream processes. Additional responsibilities include managing deliverables and process team, managing workflow, coaching and mentoring, reporting and metering, ensuring quality of work and documentation. This person is also responsible for creating a competitive working atmosphere and generating ideas to simplify and standardize process areas. He / She will be required to work on any ad hoc work or initiative assigned by the Manager from time to time. Qualifications A qualified person would ideally have 5-7 years of professional experience including at least 2 years managing a team in finance and accounting and understand ERP workflow with motivation and ability to work under pressure .

Demonstrated attention to detail, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated initiative and ability to organize, meet strict deadlines and work both independently and as a team
