Job description: Associate Vice President – Analytics (Blaze)

Associate Vice President-Analytics (Blaze or Power Cut) with the world’s leading KPO listed on NASDAQ

Role required:

– The candidate should lead a team of around 10 to 15 analysts working for the banking client on Blaze.

– 7+ years of experience in Blaze or Power cut analysis is essential

– The candidate should bring a consultative mindset and problem-solving approach and generate analytical flow for the team

– Experience in the field of credit cards / bank with knowledge of the customer life cycle is essential

– The candidate must have excellent communication skills to interact with senior clients

– The candidate must have excellent people management skills and must have experience leading a team of more than 10 years for at least 2 years in a similar field

– Candidate must be open to traveling to clients (US) as needed for short-term visits

Experience expected in the sector: Banking, Credit Cards, Statistics (good to have)

Training / experience of tools expected:

– From the Tier-I / II college

– Experience using SAS to analyze and resolve business issues

– Demonstrated ability to synthesize, prioritize and generate results with a high sense of urgency

– Strong sense of responsibility and decision-making spirit in a strong work ethic culture

– Experience working within a team of analysts with a common goal and a solid understanding of the business dynamics of cards that will guide the analyzes

Target companies: Captive Bank, Competitor Analytics, Core Bank – Business Intelligence Units

Location: Gurgaon and salary scale: 2,500,000 to 30,000,000 + variables + benefits
