Job description: ü Maintenance of the branch and the ATM
ü Management of profit and loss and of the branch’s balance sheet
ü Follow-up and monitoring of daily productivity and the movement of the books of the branch
ü Liability generation & New Business development (CASA acquisition)
ü Cross Sell of various third party products and Asset products
ü Maintain and deepen the relationship with HNI customers
ü Ensure that the branch staff budget is on board
ü Adherence to YES values ​​dictated by Yes personality standards and commitment to work
ü Effective team management and team building
ü Learning and development of team skills
ü Ensure role clarity for branch employees and manage attrition
ü Make sure the BEST model is fully updated
ü Ensure that BELT is carried out in a timely manner
ü Comply with Bank policies and processes
ü Conduct customer engagement programs and marketing events.
ü Drive employee engagement activities in the branch
ü In-depth knowledge of day-to-day banking operations and products and services
ü Timely communication of relevant information to branch employees for the proper functioning of the branch
ü Ensure rapid escalation of issues impacting the business and appropriate solutions to address concerns
ü Ensure full compliance with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements for the branch and for various products and services
ü Knowledge of ISO 9001: 2000 standards and meeting / exceeding quality parameters defined in accordance with standards
ü Ensure the safety and security of the assets of the Bank and of clients
ü Ensure that both internal and external audit-related deliverables are achieved in accordance with prescribed standards
ü Ensure timely submission of GIS reports
ü 100% allocation of RM Service codes and quarterly review
ü KYC / AML training on a monthly basis
ü Correct implementation of CRM by the Sales, Relations and BSD departments and to be reviewed at each interval

Age of diplomas:
ü Minimum 29 to Maximum 36 years old
Education:
ü Graduate / Post Graduate or MBA from a recognized university / premium business schools
ü AMFI / NCFM / IRDA certifications will be a plus
Past experience:
ü Graduate / Postgraduate with 8-14 years of relevant experience in operations, customer service or sales role
ü Knowledge of basic banking systems and processes will be an added advantage
Past organization:
ü Must necessarily come from banking organizations with a minimum of 2 years as head of agency
Other aspects / skills: –
ü Strong written and verbal communication skills
ü Perfectly familiar with MS Office
ü Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
ü Strong decision-making capacity
ü Ability to manage complex customer situations
ü Sensitive to confidentiality and compliance issues
ü Strong sense of responsibility and personal initiative
ü Good knowledge of the ‘Retail Banking’ or ‘Consumer Banking’ or ‘Branch Banking’ market
ü Good knowledge of regulatory directives
