Job title: Business Development Manager
Job description: The main job will be to develop the customer base and generate income through the sale of Learning Solutions products, viz. Personalized training, Conferences, e-learning, Content, etc. at the cheap whether B2B or B2C. Responsible for developing and maintaining marketing plans and adherence to them (such as meeting budgeted number of clients each week, following up with clients, etc.) to achieve agreed business goals. Generate revenue by acquiring new customers and exploring existing customers. Coordinate with operations, faculty, execution team, etc. to ensure smooth delivery. Supervise all staff and marketing, advertising and promotion activities.
Desired Profile Candidates with practical experience in corporate sales (prior professional experience in selling event / conference / training module sponsorships would be preferred). Must have experience selling B2B events and conferences. Must have CFOs and points of contact. Proactive and willing to take initiatives. Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communicator Ability to work under pressure with a dynamic workload and time pressure,
