  • Understand client business and provide appropriate working capital solutions through funds / non-funds based products like cash credit, demand loan, buyer credit, LC, BG, etc.
  • Work closely with the bank branch teams to add new customers.
  • Penetrate the client with various products such as current account / term deposits / transaction banking / trade finance for the main companies in the relationship and in the group.
  • Build relationships with key people (CFOs / promoters) in target segments and build customer confidence.
  • Focus on continuously increasing the size of the book and the profitability of the assigned portfolio.
  • Understand customers’ business models, trade related activities, cash flow, etc., identify opportunities and develop relationships with customers.
  • Be vigilant on competitive elements in target segments (i.e. other banks, etc.) & Increase the presence and penetration of the Kotak brand in the target market
  • Maintain high caliber customer service.
  • Improve efficiency by monitoring and overseeing continuous process improvement
  • Have a constant relationship with the operational units to customize and develop solutions

Job requirements:

路 Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • Preferably MBA / CA
  • Experience: 2-3 years of local market experience, preferably credit and sales knowledge. Knowledge is required – ability to get the client to buy into the asset proposal – loan amount, rate and charges.
  • Strong oral and written communication
  • Relationship management skills
  • Good influencing skills
  • Knowledge of the position – The candidate will have to manage sales for a range of products such as BL, OD, CC.
