Job description: Roles and Responsibilities Role Objective: To be responsible for generating revenue, managing operations and ensuring the quality of training at the center, meeting all defined objectives, while engaging team members and improving performance levels.
Key deliverables:

Stimulates the profitability and operational activities of the center

Responsible for the overall financial performance and quality standards of the center

Responsible for achieving the operational (mobilization, internships & training) & financial objectives of the center

Responsible for people management and the development of the centre’s employees Responsible for recruiting and training the centre’s team
Responsibility for work

Assume full and unique responsibility for the P&L of the center and achieve the objectives of mobilization, placement and quality of training

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center and the activities of the center through assigned staff; prioritizes and delegates work activities.

Design and implement the operational and marketing plan of the center aligned with the priorities of the BU

Ensure the efficiency of center operations and unite the team in a common goal to make the center profitable

Build a network of business partners

Central decision-making on all matters relating to people, financial decisions, resources and other matters

Manage the centre’s team development plan, ensure high employee engagement and support the achievement of their goals

Responsible for the maintenance of the centre’s infrastructure

Initiate and manage Tie-ups with schools and colleges for Employ Bridge at the center

Plan human resources in the center in order to achieve optimal utilization and productivity

Direct management of the center team, ensuring high employee morale, commitment and clear succession plans. Provide ongoing training and support to employees on his team – Manage any disputes within the team and resolve them to the satisfaction of the organization

Profile of the desired candidate Academic qualification:

Graduated in any discipline or PG (MBA is preferred) Must be passionate about working for urban-rural development
Previous professional experience: At least 4 years of field sales and management experience with a proven track record
Should have run a profit center earlier
Activity sector: Education / Teaching / Training; Recruitment / Staffing / Software engineering
Functional skills: Strong business acumen
Financial management, budget keeping, expense management
Skills for business planning and business ownership
Sales and marketing skills
Ability to engage effectively with leading business partners and third parties – Customer focus
Knowledge of the programming and software industry
Language skills: local language, Hindi and English
