  • Build, operate, evolve, and improve community operations with a focus on problem solving and leading teams to achieve exceptional results. Continuous process improvement, passionate advocacy on behalf of our community to influence the overall customer experience, and management of collaborative relationships across the company to set and meet the right expectations.
  • Review documents for the following four factors: relevance, responsiveness, privilege and confidentiality
  • Summarize, tabulate, highlight, plot and collect certain documents or information gleaned from documents
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods / tools
  • Independent decision making
  • Ready to work in a complex, target-based environment.
  • Achievement of goals on a monthly basis.
  • Strong general skills and need to have a good command of English.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve happiness.
  • Build balanced relationships of trust through open and interactive communication

  • Ability to remain calm in high pressure situations
  • Ability to document all incidents in detail
  • Open to all types of assistance (email, telephone assistance)
  • A keen eye for detail which includes promptly and correctly identifying customer issues while resolving queries as this can impact relationships with the business
  • Open to work in 24X7 support. Willingness to work in a team (rotating shifts day / night, rotating holidays on weekends – the total number of working hours will be 40 hours per week, 5 days, 8 working hours per day)
  • Strong customer obsession with evidence of independent and appropriate decision making for the customer
  • Strong and proven expertise in strong and grammatically correct language skills (both verbal and written)

  • 0 -1 years minimum experience with customer support
  • Communication skills: fluency in the English language, both in written and verbal terms

  • Verbal: Ability to modulate, control speech speed, pitch and pronunciation of words with little or no influence from first language or regional variation; utterance does not interfere with ease of comprehension
  • Analytical Thinking Skills: Ability to analyze any given situation and make sense of the available information to draw a solid conclusion about what our clients call / write about
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust the tone according to the type of interaction that the client’s profile requires; should be able to demonstrate adaptability in a constantly changing work environment and treat each assigned project / task with due importance
  • Technical skills: should be able to navigate computer operating systems and have the ability to perform common functions in Microsoft and Google applications
  • Behavioral Attributes: Should be able to demonstrate adaptability in a constantly changing work environment and treat each assigned project / task with due importance.
  • Goal Oriented: Should be able to always work with LOB goals in mind and deliver results that go beyond

  • 1+ years of total work experience in a fast-paced, fast-growing and productive environment
  • Experience working in customer-centric industries (e.g. hotels, airlines, banks) is preferred
