Credit delivery
Adherence to defined policy and processes with minimal flaws and increase underwriting efficiency by reducing rework and increasing FTAR.
Follow up with business counterparts and other stakeholders for ongoing business and FTNR reduction to ensure Credit TAT and E2E TAT are met as defined by management.
Use of different rating models / tools as deployed by senior management to differentiate customer segments during underwriting.
Follow-up with company counterparts for maintenance parameters such as PDD / RC pendency / Mutation Checks / delay delays
Credit visit to understand non-starters / RMEs for RCA and update senior management.
Check that the quality of data entry is intact and that the error rate is minimal in all data entry stores.
Credit quality
Guarantee minimal PAR errors.

Make sure the non-starter and DME are on budget.
Supplier management and housekeeping
Visit the supplier at regular intervals to closely monitor the quality.

Training of supplier staff in accordance with Bank policy and process

Process supplier invoices after a thorough reconciliation with the internal GIS.

Ensure the security of the DATA for oneself and in the stores of the seller.
Audit
Ensure compliance with internal and external audit guidelines.

To ensure that CAD is not violated.

Make sure attendance is marked immediately after system startup and log out before leaving the office for the day.

Ensure that the user ID and password are not shared with anyone in accordance with the Bank’s ISG policy.

Ensure all relevant support is given to auditors for a smooth close and the report is satisfactory.
Monitoring
To ensure Approval / Credit Rate and TAT E2E / FTAR / Pending Reasons / Reason for Rejection should be monitored in real time at location level across products to verify slippage.

Ensure the PDD for vehicle loans is reviewed in accordance with prescribed policy and necessary follow-up with stakeholders.

Credit and business carryforwards are reviewed and followed up with stakeholders for closure.
