Management of customer requests via voice, email, walk-in escalation
Guarantee the achievement of the SLA objective
Management of the cross-sales team generating leads and monitoring the closure of generated leads
Manage all the channels through which leads are accumulated
Management of the MIS of the inbound call center cross-selling team
Coordination with the various stakeholders JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience in managing call center SLAs
Must have a management team of a minimum size of 20 team members
Must have a good knowledge of Excel as well as a Powerpoint presentation
Good command of the language,
