  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build lasting and trusting relationships with client accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information using the right methods / tools
  • Deal with customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the allotted time; follow-up to ensure resolution
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and classify documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
