Job description: Senior Manager, Lean Digital Transformation
A Black Belt from Genpact is responsible for managing and executing a roadmap of high impact projects that solve key customer business issues / opportunities through the use of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, business process reengineering or digital / analytics. solutions
The role would be responsible for the efficient delivery of key transformation projects for clients with a focus on the deployment of digital technologies such as robotics, machine learning, intelligent automations, etc. working with cross-functional global teams to positively impact business results. client. Due to the nature of the role and the distribution of teams, the role may require travel and flexibility. This provides an opportunity to work in a cross-functional environment where soft skills are more often emphasized, gives exposure to senior internal and external partners.
Set up new operations for success through BPMS projects
Identification and mitigation of operational risks Targeted focus on process management within control limits
Continuous improvement projects on key metrics / stabilization support
Revitalize LSS culture by integrating LSS skills into operations, drive customer engagement.
Works with Training & Ops to train associates in process execution.
Works with operations to implement improvement plans, process monitoring tools (PKT, transaction / accuracy checks, etc.) and refresher trainings.
Works with consulting, solutions, transition, training, operations and practice to understand and meet contractual commitments, specifications and client priorities;
Provide team leadership in the application of Lean & Six Sigma tools and the process excellence methodology;
Work closely with operational and functional teams to identify monetizable process opportunities, process bottlenecks to drive stabilization, perform root cause analysis and implement process improvements across the business ‘business or organization;
Initiate and lead projects that improve end-to-end processes; Define, validate and audit measurement systems to achieve business impact;
Build process excellence and digital culture in the team; Drive productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives;
Support transition teams in analyzing volumes, establishing metrics and defining objectives for new processes;
Drive standardization and global best practices within the organization;
Conduct quality and digital awareness training within the organization;
Coach and mentor green belts and project teams to meet certification requirements and quality and process improvement goals;
Conceptualize and complete the black belt [BB] projects aimed at generating end-to-end business impact on processes;
Lead project management to provide digital assessments and deployments
Successful diploma of the training plan attached to the position and the tasks.
Train other team members in daily tasks when necessary and requested by the manager.
Any graduate, preferably MBA with relevant experience.
Green belt / black belt / Lean certification / any other quality certification would be a plus.
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (high efficiency Excel and PowerPoint)
Demonstrated skills in project management and ability to manage multiple tasks; (Diploma / Diploma / Certification in Project Management would be an advantage)
Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
Competence in balancing change management
Proven proficiency in navigating clients’ structured and unstructured business environments
Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and presentation skills.
