About the role:
– Lead, build, develop and motivate a strong team to create and execute strategic and tactical plans that meet revenue goals and meet KPI goals
– Develop an integrated customer loyalty and recognition strategy in support of business priorities, which stimulates GMV and retains existing customers
– Work within the project team to ensure the delivery of a new customer contact strategy and CLM campaigns (emails, PN, SMS) designed to be relevant, personalized and engaging, resulting in a radical change in the rate of clicks and conversion
– Contribute to broader business and revenue growth strategies / plans including enhanced online personalization and retargeting through digital marketing channels (display, PPC, social, etc.)
– Measure performance with regular monitoring of KPI’s
About you:
– Excellent problem solving skills; good understanding of macro, business and processes; ability to analyze data and translate it into solutions
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Exceptional analytical skills, with an ability to quickly translate data-driven insights into action
– Customer obsession
– Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
– Goal oriented with the get-it-done approach
– Autonomous and autonomous
– BE / B.Tech. / B.Com. / BBA or any other relevant diploma; Preferred master
– 5+ years of experience
– Experience in a B2C company is a plus
– Proven experience leading a significant CRM change program is a plus,
