As a member of this dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering key capital reports and performance metrics. You will use your SQL skills to deliver ad hoc reports to key stakeholders, provide user testing support and outcome analysis for ongoing change programs and planned code releases while managing the data warehouse / software. regulatory control framework ensuring that documentation keeps pace with changes in the system environment. You will also help identify opportunities for process improvement, serve as a bridge between IT and business and ensure IT deliverables reflect business needs and maintain effective communication with senior management. , technology teams and company stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will have a solid academic background in accounting, finance or information technology. You will have a minimum of 4-8 years of post-qualification experience with a solid knowledge of credit risk, SQL and relational databases and a basic understanding of ETL / data warehouse concepts. It is essential that you have previous experience in the financial services industry and ideally some background in accounting, product control or systems accounting. It would also be preferable if you had knowledge of financial instruments and products.

Strong communication skills are required as the role will involve interaction with clients and colleagues at different levels. You must have the ability to dialogue with high-level stakeholders and have confidence in yourself to work independently; initially by establishing a new line of service, and over time by increasing the reach of the line of service. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential for this role, along with very strong MS Office skills, especially Excel. Previous experience with process improvement and project management methodologies would be preferred and ideally experience with financial accounting and risk management concepts, as well as the ability to investigate business issues and identify issues. fundamental technical causes.
