The Global ID Administration (GIDA) is a global organization within Citi Shared Services (CSS) with more than 900 employees located around the world. GIDA manages the rights and provision of access for Citi internal employees / contractors and increasingly for Citi external customers who use Citi applications. GIDA works in partnership with Global Information Security to create an appropriate security architecture in new applications and supports large business-focused technology projects related to information security issues.

Job overview

Responsible for responding to requests related to security maintenance in all banking applications and other systems with a security module. Provide basic customer service support regarding targeted applications and systems. This position requires the individual to work within a team environment and work closely with other groups within the company and throughout Citi.

Main responsibilities

  • Good understanding of Citi’s respective products, processes and policies. Ability to review processes in accordance with Citi policies
  • Manage complex escalations and issues independently using key information security administration policies and practices and providing excellent customer service. Assist and participate in the management of escalations of gravity
  • Assist the team on compliance calls, meet with Audit. Collect and analyze evidence (deliverables) with internal / external compliance and audit agencies / officials
  • Process entitlements, compliance review requests and / or incident / change management for Citi’s global customer base within established support thresholds, including bulk requests and maintenance tasks
  • Creates, maintains and performs an annual review of process control manual documents associated with specific assigned systems
  • Ensure adherence to pre-assigned SLO requirements for designated requests at the personal and team level.
  • Maintain Citi Marketplace products. Maintain Citi Information Security Administration Repository Inventory
  • Perform provisioning of complex IDs such as Developer and Admin IDs and core processes related to Functional IDs
  • Checks and reviews the implementation of security procedures already established within specific system assignments, focusing on the set of GIDA Service Catalog requirements for simple to complex multi-level applications. Responsible for quality and accuracy of service / compliance
  • Demonstrate knowledge of formulas and tools within Microsoft applications and use them competently
  • Demonstrates a solid understanding of the respective Citi products, processes and policies. Initiate process changes, suggestions based on Lean methodology
  • Understands the principles of project management. Participate constructively in e2e projects. Carry out small projects.
  • Use the main information security administration tools
  • Maintain excellent availability to achieve solid results.
  • Interpret the principle of information security concepts and policies, develop and implement in daily work. Ability to explain the basic principles behind IS / GIDA policies and guidelines
  • Effectively uses the talent management process and system (i.e. trainings, goal setting, etc.). Knows how to develop and implement an effective IDP (Individual Development Plan).
  • Supervise other team members. Help the development of others. Understands and applies effective team skills
  • Understands the decision making process. Seek the advice of others. Aware of all the risks associated with own work and team. Able to understand most of the risks in decision making. Involved in mid-level decision making

  • Minimum high school diploma, but a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an information security administration environment or related field with customer service experience in data management
