The incumbent would be responsible for talent acquisition, retention and business partnerships in HR as well as the implementation of key projects.

Talent acquisition and retention:

– Workforce planning, forecasting and budgeting activities in accordance with the business plan.

– Strategies and implementation of talent acquisition and retention

– Identify potential candidates using an appropriate channel mix

– Develop strategies for recruiting vacant and replacement positions in accordance with workforce planning forecasts and TAT.

– Generate a pipeline ready for future hiring needs by maintaining the flow of candidates.

– Response for the end-to-end management of suppliers (Mandate to Invoice – Recruitment Consultants)

– Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.

– Maintain smart trackers and MIS related to hiring and workforce.

– Maintain the sourcing mix to reduce the cost per hire.

Business partnership:

– Collaborate with companies (functional manager / vertical manager) to drive the organization’s business plan

– Lead HR projects in close collaboration with the sales team under the direction of the HR manager, this role will include high elements of projects and commercial partnership

– Strong business and human resource acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical and analytical thinking

– Strong project management skills / Good command of project management methodology.

– Solid experience in hiring talent for the current and future needs of an organization

– Ability to proactively solve problems, exercise good judgment, take ownership, prioritize, and demonstrate strategic and critical thinking. Proficiency in MS Office.

– Should have partnered with companies in his previous work experience and demonstrated his ability to implement talent acquisition / management and talent retention measures.
