Job description: We are looking for a Manager – Human Resources [Talent Acquisition & Employee relations] with a TOP brand

Location – Mumbai

REPORTING TO THE Deputy Managing Director – Human Resources


The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for driving the brand’s campus relations strategy, managing early career programs within the brand, and driving our diversity and inclusion program.


1. Implement recruiting solutions that improve the organization’s hiring ability of “professional” staff in accordance with business objectives.

2. Contribute to the assessment of labor shortages for business units / departments based on business plans and collectively explore internal and external sourcing options for hiring in collaboration with the team Global Resourcing. Determine the feasible and profitable option and start the procurement process.

3. Support for the development of innovative and efficient ways to assess potential candidates so that the right person is selected for the job. Organize and conduct candidate interviews. Preselect candidates and negotiate salary offers / terms of employment.

4. Implement talent management initiatives and execute policies to retain high caliber talent.

5. Assist the business manager and the team responsible for human resources in the design and implementation of innovative and progressive selection tools to meet current and future workforce needs.

6. Manage international recruitments and coordinate with agencies to set up payroll and statutory mechanisms.

7. Execute various agreements and contracts with suppliers and agents.

8. Manage internal job postings and referral programs.

9. Coordinate with business leaders and prepare and store job descriptions from time to time.

10. Maintain and regularly update the recruiting MIS.

11. Design, develop and implement programs to permanently engage and motivate staff.

12. Extend the agenda of people in the company through employee coaching / counseling sessions, employee engagement planning and execution.

13. Proactively identify employee concerns / grievances / issues that may cause disruption in the near future and initiate corrective actions.

14. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures / regulations and legal requirements with respect to VACs / companies operating in the area.

Qualification and experience (education, experience, specific knowledge, skills, understanding, attitude)

Education: Minimum: Post Graduate / MBA in HR with Top B School

Additional: HR certifications

Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
