Job description: Main objective Inside sales representatives must prospect, profile, identify and close deals intelligently with decision-makers in companies and universities throughout the assigned territory. Generate revenue and sales to achieve personal and regional goals through prospecting, appointment scheduling, active funnel management and accurate forecasting.
General Responsibilities Outbound calls to new prospects and existing customers to create new sales opportunities.
Follow up with prospects who are assigned to regional managers and complete the tasks that are assigned according to the report formats.
Respond to incoming sales inquiries in a timely manner.
Provides administrative support to regional directors.
Processes all incoming orders.
Experience and Qualifications Desire to sell, familiarity with basic sales procedures and experience with outgoing calls.
Basic technical knowledge required, experience with Salesforce an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1 to 3 years of internal sales experience desired
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent
Regional sales manager
Post location New Delhi, Bangalore, Kolkata
Main objective The regional sales manager is responsible for the Purple wave activity in a given region.
General Responsibilities Responsible for all sales in the region (direct / indirect).
Generate sales leads, follow existing internally generated leads, and support existing customers.
Provide demonstrations of the Purple Wave product, where applicable.
Generate a regional business plan and forecast data and continue to manage the plan, while keeping sales activity up to date in the formats provided.
Work with channel teams to develop assigned channel sales teams in your region
Experience and Qualifications Experience in a direct sales role within the media industry (outside sales and / or sales engineer)
Previous sales experience in the higher education market
Must have technical training and be motivated and willing to use and demonstrate the Purple Wave product.
Ability to close sales, identify decision makers and build relationships with them.
Ability to work long hours.
Ability to travel up to 50 -60% in the region.
Must be motivated with exceptional communication skills.
Education Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional qualification.
Event marketing internship
New Delhi substation location
Primary Purpose Assisting in the planning and execution of Purple Waves presence at industry trade shows, customer / dealer events, corporate meetings and travel with support for marketing projects.
General Responsibilities Work with Marketing Director to oversee Purple Waves Show House to keep booth properties stored, maintained and ready for deployment, oversee logistics for trade shows, nationwide events
Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute logistics, rentals and labor for the setup and teardown of regional trade shows and trade / corporate events.
Coordinate payment and invoice reconciliation after the show.
Assist in the planning and execution of all special events, including the annual Purple waves conference
Assist in the management of trade shows across all departments ensuring consistency and collaboration while following established guidelines, processes and tools.
Work with the Marketing team to qualify trade show opportunities and budget appropriately for upcoming trade shows and events.
Maintain and improve knowledge of trade show and event industry trends and accountability best practices.
Coordinate travel arrangements and registration for clients speaking at trade shows, webinars and events.
Experience and qualifications Must be able to manage multiple projects and plan time effectively

Online Marketing Internship

Primary objective
Support online marketing projects.
General Responsibilities Creation of newsletters, webinar invitations and other general emails.
Help with the management of the customer database
Assist with website management to include adding documents and maintaining a bookmark presentation library for the sales team
Think about new online marketing initiatives
Organize and streamline online marketing goals
Interact and meet regularly with the CEO and Marketing Manager online to stay on top of plans and ideas
