Manager – Lead Generation
The company is looking to add a Demand Generation Superstar Champion to fuel its international growth! As a Sales Development Manager, you will build and lead a team of SDRs responsible for generating leads in new markets. It is a collaborative effort integrating the work of marketing, sales and products to rapidly increase the volume and improve the quality of new business for the company in different geographies.
– Develop and master the sales funnel growth strategy that generates high quality sales leads through outbound (account based marketing) and inbound channels.
– Coach and manage a team of SDRs and transform them into productive salespeople who quickly generate a high volume of new leads and conduct research to identify potential leads.
– Liaise with sales, marketing and product development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
– Manage a database of prospects in the CRM, efficiently process all opportunities, track them, report them and maintain them until they are established in the sales pipeline.
– Work closely with the sales and marketing management to implement new processes and improvements in the sales process.
Requirement :
– Minimum 6-7 years of dedicated SaaS b2b sales experience with 3 years as a team leader.
– Previous experience in consultative sales to executives, directors and managers in the field of the company (Previous experience in sales to the CFO will be a plus).
– Have at least 2 years of experience in managing clients in the US region.
– A growing mindset and a passion for building things from scratch, a strong sense of belonging and a – Let-get-it-done- attitude.
– Ability to interact with leadership, engineering and product management teams.
– Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously.
– Excellent communication skills. You are a clear, concise and convincing storyteller in writing, orally and using visuals.
– Expert in account-based marketing in a b2b corporate sales environment

– Excellent team leadership skills and a talent for coaching and helping them succeed
The candidate must have:
– Experience in B2B SaaS
– Lead generation experience: 6 years
– Size of the managed team: Minimum 10 members
– Team management experience: 3 years
– Experience in managing clients from the US region: 2 years

– The candidate will work both with the department (Sales and Marketing) but more inclined to sales.
