Job description: What would you do

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our business and HR processes within the first 3 months of your arrival
  • Establish short- and long-term recruitment strategies designed to provide key organizational indicators (ie.
  • Provide overall direction and management for TA strategy, guidelines and procedures regarding best practices, systems and methodologies, including social media, evaluation and analysis
  • Develop and lead a high performance recruiting team, ensuring the skills, capabilities and management of professional recruiting program, academic relations and early career recruiting, internal sourcing, employer branding and coordination recruitment (note that there may not be dedicated staff for each activity, so the Leader will have to optimize the team and structure it accordingly)
  • Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to ensure maximum efficiency and optimal candidate experience
  • Be a thought leader in the field of market intelligence, data analysis, recruiting trends and legislative initiatives that have short and long term implications on the profitability of the company
  • Foster a highly proactive sourcing capacity, using the latest sourcing tools, methodologies and talent mapping approach. Define and target critical roles. Promote the use of candidate relationship management tools and activities
    What kind of person are we looking for: <ul> <li>8 10 years of experience in human resources with an MBA in HR with a minimum of 8 years of experience in managing a recruitment process throughout the life cycle, which includes managing a team across different locations (Pune, Mumbai and Chennai)</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with employer branding, market intelligence, talent mapping / pipeline, diversity recruiting and TA analysis.</li> <li>Experience in creating new initiatives and processes</li> <li>Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results</li> <li>Strong candidate and customer experience focus, demonstrated ability to understand the business, customer issues and needs, proactively meet customer requirements</li> <li>Demonstrated experience with the different components of the AT function</li> <li>A passion for transforming end-to-end business processes through scalability, automation, standardization, performance management and customer satisfaction</li> <li>Ability to identify and implement opportunities to use technology as a catalyst</li> <li>Ability to build and maintain relationships and effectively interact, negotiate and influence staff at various levels of the organization</li> <li>Strong leadership skills including team leadership, employee mentoring and development, and the ability to empower others by delegating responsibility</li> </ul>        ,<br> <br> <b>Other details</b>
