Job description: We have an HR manager position for our client in Gurgaon.
Position – HR Manager
Place of work: Cyber City Gurgaon.
Salary: up to 3.60 CTC Lakes per year
Experience: 3+ years
Creation of employee code and verification and update of personal details of employees in the proposed application taking into account their ID and its education documents.
Prepare and download the salary structure for newcomers.
Sharing new attached information with support team for barcode creation
Online approval of the sales manager appointment letter and follow-up for acceptance.
Sharing new member details with provider for ESIC registration.
Download the data on the EPFO portal for the registration of the UAN number
Provide a letter of appointment to the trainee manager
Tracking and filling in of employees’ personal documents.
Follow-up with the audit team for the verification of the protocol paper
Follow up with ASM / RSM for legal documents like a service agreement, load transfer paper on a blank check and a check letter from the store manager
Update employee document file MIS and load transfer audit remarks file
Ensure that employee attendance is regularized according to deadlines
Track employee regularity and if an irregularity is detected, taking corrective and preventive actions.
Issue letters to employees who are absent for more than 7 days for employees.
Weekly sharing of the attendance report with stores and RSM / ASM
retain the wages of resigning employees.
Sort the query related to salary.
Preparation of employee sales incentive report
Preparation of the bank statement for the sales incentive report
Collect employee details for UAN process
Collection of FP nomination and declaration forms from employees
Provide TIC (ESI Card) at the request of employees.
Guide the employee for the withdrawal and transfer of his PF
guide the employee for the activation of his UAN
Handling of grievances:
Presence problems due to a technical error
UAN outgoing employees and transfer of FP issues
Request for salaries and incentives
Request related to EPF KYC and LWD
Request for final settlement
Maintain an appropriate database in the payroll system (Esic #, PF # UAN #, Bank A / c # and RSM allocation)
Interaction with new members and training on HR processes
Interaction with the resigning employee and knowing the reason for resigning
Management of exit formalities, including full and final payment of the employee
Prepare the calculation of the final settlement of the remaining employees and fill in the details manually in the forms and obtain the approval of various departments
Update the GIS of the final settlement.
Prepare the recruitment GIS against attrition
Management of suppliers
Check and prepare supplier invoice details. (For taxi, hotel and train tickets)
Coordinate with the supplier if there is a discrepancy in the invoice and have it corrected
Coordinate with accounts for final bill payment
Issue of appointment letter / promotion letter / warning letter / absenteeism letter
