Roles and Responsibilities: 1. We are looking for candidates who have excellent communication and conversational skills. Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries on WhatsApp groups, personal chat, incoming and outgoing calls. 3. Assist customers by demonstrating use of products and programs and politely responding to all of their questions. 4. Organize the offer of different service providers, negotiate and lead to closures by offering the best options 5. Recommend products and services to customers 6. Establish and maintain good relationships with clients by using positive language and anticipating their needs. 7. Recommend new products or services or make suggestions for improvements, identifying relevant features and benefits. 8. Drive conversions by understanding customer issues and help the business meet sales goals. Skills and Requirements: 1. Friendly and welcoming manner with customers.2. MS Excel 3. Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and simply to clients 4. Understand customer emotions and drive sales 5. Good command of English and Hindi6. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills 7.
