Job description: Pattem Digital is looking for experienced and sympathetic human resources business partners who can join our emerging organization at the earliest. Your main role would be to act as a consultant to manage the management of the company on all matters directly related to HR. Your job would be to manage communication and act as a change agent. You would be a human person capable of vehemently balancing employee demands with company goals. You would help create integrated solutions as HRBP.

You would oversee every nook and cranny of HR operations as a Human Resources Specialist – HRBP. Your key role would be to make sure that you align them all with your business goals.

Know his work:

– Anticipate and assess all your human resources needs

– Write a number of contracts for transfers, promotions, as well as new hires in collaboration with the management of the department

– You would identify all training needs as well as provide or create any development program defined by professionals

– You would need to consult your hierarchy and provide the necessary daily HR advice

– You must resolve all complex employee relations issues as well as necessary grievances

– You will work together with employees and management when you want to improve all working relationships, increase productivity, level of retention and boost morale

– Propose suggestions to any new pending HR business partner strategy

– Maintain and develop partnerships through human resources when you want to bridge any gap between employees and management

– Maintain a high level of knowledge of plans, culture, business unit competition and financial situation under the responsibility of your HR business partner

– Analyze all the metrics and data trends needed to inform business decisions

– Ensure that each regulatory compliance with legal requirements depends on the day-to-day management of employees

– Ensure collaboration with each legal department when you need it

– Make sure you interpret any human resources policies regarding running your business as an HR business partner

What you need to apply:

– Any previous experience in human resources, training, professional development or employee related activities would give you an advantage

– Thorough knowledge of all legal requirements for human resources and employee management, such as union relations, workers’ compensation, and federal and state employment laws is required

– Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

– Bachelor’s degree in communication, commerce or any other related field

– As a Human Resources Specialist – HRBP, you would be an employee-savvy person who is analytical and goal-oriented
