We are looking for a Program Specialist to bring efficiency to a multidimensional team. Ideating, documenting, deploying and building efficient and scalable systems is your thing. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and achieves the purpose for which it was designed. What you will do ** **

• You will work in partnership with internal cross-functional stakeholders in operational, product, urban and central teams, to gain a solid understanding of project and business challenges and translate them into clear goals
• Based on the ideas of Uber’s central marketing / operations teams, adapt, localize and / or amplify initiatives to align them with regional strategy, taking into account local specificities and culture
• Participate in strategic brainstorming, ideation, research development and creative execution
• Collaborate with third party vendors for deliverables
• Coordinate with multiple teams for projects at regional and central level in order to be able to monitor, support and secure the completion of projects on time that deal with quality and service improvements, capacity building and improvement, data analysis, migrations, human initiatives, reporting improvements, standardization of processes as well as monitoring of plans, quality and timelines for these activities
• Provide estimated work efforts, identify project milestones and manage vital resources accordingly, while ensuring adherence and adherence to deadlines on deliverables assigned to projects
• Track progress, understand dependencies, communicate status to senior management and project stakeholders, and facilitate and coordinate meeting schedules locally or at network sites
• Work proactively to remove obstacles and allow momentum and progress forward. Manage problem escalations and provide support to teams balancing competing priorities.

What you will need ** **

• Graduate: Bachelor’s degree, professional qualification completed or equivalent experience (completion or pursuit of a Master’s degree would be an added advantage)
• Experience: 2-4 years of experience as a program / project manager / partner in a consumer oriented business, management consulting firm, investment banking, internet, FMCG industries
• Team player: Ability to work with remote teams to develop strategies and foster a cohesive and creative work environment
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, grammar, punctuation and fluency in English and Hindi. Ability to express ideas, concepts in writing RFC and SOP documents
• Creativity: conceptual thinker and believes in creating new ideas
• Go-ahead attitude: strong stakeholder management skills and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
• Prioritization: Excellent organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of the highest priority items. Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize and manage and / or support multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
