Job description: The Core Compliance group within the Compliance Risk Finance Corporate division prevents the dissemination and misuse of privileged information within the Bank. The group provides ongoing advice and training on matters related to inside information and information barriers through the development and maintenance of the Bank’s policies and procedures on information barriers, watchlist and shortlists. and monitoring the integrity of information barriers.

Core Compliance Digital Transformation function provides bank-wide strategic implementation to all regions / divisions in three functional areas of Control Room, Financial Crime, and APAC Compliance and Compliance .

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer who is motivated to work closely with design and programming.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in information technology, computer science or related field
• Strong foundation, including an understanding of data structures, concurrent programming, and design patterns
• At least 4 years of experience with server side technologies – Core Java and Java EE, Spring Boot and understanding of build tools such as Maven / Gradle / Ivy to build scalable microservices and APIs
• In addition, at least 4 years in the web development process (design, development and deployment) through the user interface stack covering HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6) and React JS to develop user-friendly interfaces and dashboards
• Excellent command of web architecture
• Able to write efficient and testable code with the Test / Behavior Driven Development paradigm
• Good problem-solving skills and adopt an entrepreneurial culture
• At least 4 years of experience in Oracle DB (PL / SQL programming, indexing and performance tuning, partitions, isolation levels, data modeling)
• Exposure to Cloud Foundry or any cloud application platform for developing and deploying enterprise cloud applications
• Results oriented, dedicated, hardworking and can work on her own initiative while working under pressure to deliver on time with a high level of integrity, a sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards
• Exposure to micro-services architecture and open platforms
• Ability to transform customer requirements into a feasible design at functional and / or technical levels.
• Demonstrable experience refining ambiguous business requirements and mapping them into a design document.
