A. HNW Portfolio Management
(Acquisition, improvement, deepening and retention)

Liaise with PB / Preferred RM to report eligible Classic / Preferred portfolio clients
Acquire new customers who meet the product criteria
Regular interaction with the client to establish a relationship in order to understand and update the profile.
Improve the overall value / book size of the portfolio
Maintain the overall quality / hygiene parameters of the portfolio
Cross-selling of bank products according to customer needs
Joint calls made with the supervisor according to the defined process
Consulting services to be offered as needed in coordination with PBG.
Controlling customer attrition
Achieve MTD and YTD revenue targets

B. Operations, Marketing and Processes

Error-free documentation for all account openings and all customer instructions (Stop Payments, FD Closure, etc.)
Ensure KYC / AML standards are met at all times
Ensure 5-S standards are met for individual workstations

C. Increase in the share of the portfolio

Look for cross-selling opportunities of any other Bank product, to ensure HDFC Bank is a one stop shop and solution for all Imperia client’s banking needs
Sales to family members and associates (all networks)
Ensure optimal Income Generating Product Group (IPGH) levels are achieved

D. Product penetration and contribution to a targeted product

Ensure that an optimal level of Income Generating Product Group (IPGH) is achieved.
Improve the level of customer to the customer’s group (CTG)

E. Customer service

Guarantee quality customer service. All customer queries and complaints are resolved within TAT.
The Client is informed of any change in regulations or processes. Keep the customer informed of program features.
Ensure prompt communication with clients on requests and concerns raised.
Proactive management of complaints through customer feedback.
Promote all direct banking channels and ensure the customer uses the same
Ensure clients are presented to RBH / BM and PSO (PBA in the case of a non-PSO branch) so that there is a backup when the client visits the branch and the RM is out
Ensure a smooth transition of portfolio transfer / takeover

Skills: 1. Sales and influencing skills
2. Knowledge of banking products and processes
3. Knowledge of NRI products and regulations
4. Planning and organizational skills
5. Good communication skills
6. Knowledge of the competition and current trends in the financial industry.
