To handle customer service requirements such as account opening, DMAT account opening, grievances, liability product sales, product specification education, checkbook issuance.
Quality of advice given to clients as determined by clients and supervisor.
Speed and efficiency of the service provided.
Sales targets for banking and investment products. Go beyond the stated need of the customer by providing other products. Improved customer value.
Cross-selling of asset products.
Back-up of relationship managers with HNI relationships.
Ensure low attrition rates.
Customer acquisition through referrals from existing customers.
Graduates with a total experience of 1 to 3 years with relevant experience of at least 1 year in financial services or banking.
Even mix of service and sales orientation. In the absence of equality, the trade orientation as a bias will be acceptable.
Experienced financial services customer service candidates (those from MFund, securities firms, etc.) with a business orientation may be considered.
