The role

Alongside the survey writers and data controllers, you will be part of a global operations team that strives to deliver accurate results every time and helps the rest of the business deliver solutions. innovative and robust research, enabling them to offer quality advice on a wide variety of topics.

What will I deliver?

You will focus on producing bespoke PowerPoint reports for our researchers as part of a larger market research process, in order to facilitate their customer relationship.

What’s in it for me?

In this role, you will become an expert at working with researchers to deliver what is often the final phase of customer delivery. This will involve working with a number of internal systems and software platforms to update client reports in conjunction with researchers. This includes:

  • Populate charts with data from Excel or other data analysis platforms.
  • Update / rearrange text boxes or other shapes on slides.
  • Added new slides / charts to existing reports.
  • Quality control against tables and specifications.
  • In collaboration with the reporting team leader, identify reports or trivial manual routines that will benefit from automation.

Demonstrated knowledge and experience

  • Proven high levels of logic, problem solving and digital skills
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working in a collaborative and team environment, but also the ability to manage solo projects if necessary
  • Experience in market research or a previous reporting position
