Job description: At a senior level, the incumbent will be responsible for business development in the sale of advanced “analytical product” advisory solutions, relationship management, account management, product management and program management.

The role would be primarily responsible for sales, business development, new logo acquisition and exceptional customer experience. The incumbent will be responsible for managing multiple projects and product operations encompassing onsite / offsite planning, account management, customer management
and the management of key stakeholders.

Product positioning and compelling solutions with a differentiated value proposition are key characteristics for this position.

Key attributes
 Excellent business / industry knowledge and in-depth understanding of industry trends and their impact on business in the BFSI area
 Strong advisory skills
 Concrete understanding of banking products, offices and the use of analytics in lending activities
 Excellent analytical skills in evaluating and interpreting customer business data
 Demonstrated ability to establish partnerships at the senior management level
 Demonstrated ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, to establish and maintain effective working relationships
 Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing priorities
 Manage, maintain and operate existing accounts
 Acquisition of new customers – Identification, targeting and securing of new business opportunities in all “analytical product lines”
 Good understanding of clients’ business needs
 Participate in account management including account planning, customer sourcing, pipeline development, finding opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing risk, developing proposals and statements work (SOW) and income realization
 Manage the entire sales cycle in close collaboration with the Product and Analytics team
 Close collaboration with delivery teams to identify new opportunities
 Manage the customer experience
 Market intelligence and reports
 Roadmap study on a competitive landscape
