It will also involve explaining and selling banking products to customers and acting as a link between customers and the bank – ensuring the best quality service to customers. The role holder is responsible for overseeing watershed mapping, customer feedback, and the identification and conversion of potential opportunities. The role holder is responsible for acquiring clients, deepening client relationships, and capitalizing lifelong value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals. Roles and Responsibilities: Acquisition of personal loan clients in the identified segment Achieve and exceed the defined objectives of acquiring new clients month after month by analyzing the banking needs of the client’s transactions Provide regular feedback to the RM on the opportunities and needs of clients Ensure compliance with sales and SOP standards defined by the organization Ensure strict compliance with internal directives and external regulations Ensure quality supply in accordance with the Bank’s policy Management and leadership responsibilities: supervise and coach senior team members to percolate the ethics of customer focus, innovation, compliance and integrity Create an environment for the team to focus on automation and digital activation to meet customer needs holistically Attract and retain top talent to reach the Bank’s rapid growth objectives
