- Responsible for achieving sales goals through direct effort or through assigned relationships (DDSA / resources off).
- Market assigned products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
- Prompt service of leads received through various channels (such as: YBL branch, lead management system, call center, website, etc.)
- Prompt resolution of all discrepancies raised during the processing of the request at the underwriting stage and at the disbursement stage.
- Timely closure of exceptions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through a high level of service
- Build and manage direct and indirect supply channels, alternative channels.
- Develop existing channels and develop alternative supply channels.
- Expand locations to deliver optimal throughput and identify new business opportunities.
- Gather market information for the product line and provide timely information to the product team
- Achieve product goals
- Provide support to the collection team in the resolution of delinquency cases
- Close all gaps, both for internal and external audits.
- Compliance with Yes Personality guidelines.
Post-graduate / Graduate with at least 3-6 years’ field experience in a relevant product
