A. Responsible for sourcing sustainable consumer and lifestyle products in assigned locations:
Responsible for driving sales plans, to ensure budgeted numbers are achieved, tracking budget against actual numbers in a timely manner. Initialization and monitoring of various Sales Competitions for the Bank and Outsourced Staff as well as to increase sales figures and focus on the sale of new products launched.
B. Responsible for sales objectives, lead management and BDR productivity:
Monitoring the productivity of Bank staff and FOS staff and ensuring that productivity criteria are met.
Timely follow-up and issuance of performance notes via outsourced human resources to non-performing subcontracted staff, thus saving on labor cost and highlighting the productivity of non-performing BANK staff at the senior management for further action.
Monitoring of various new Bank / Channel initiatives to ensure focus is maintained on new products launched
C. Responsible for branch postings and lead generation activities:
Responsible for organizing product displays and setting up market configurations and providing valid entries / executing various initiatives to achieve fiscal year goals for the improvement of EasyEMI through branches and branch GIS monitoring.
D. Responsible for branch objectives and various cross-sells:
The IFB team is also expected to cross-sell the bank’s other liability products, including credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, payroll accounts and term deposits.
The DM is responsible for researching and achieving the goal set with BDRs and self-supply.
E. Responsible for channel management and business generation from approved channel partners. Build an appropriate distribution in its locations for RDBs, channels:
Head of business research with branches
(Internal customers, RM channel, company salary, ABM channel, etc.), Phone Banking, VRM, COP, PRIME, EEG, HL and other internal bank channels, Open Market (catchment areas near branches) .
