Call for applications for the position of Senior Manager, Record to Report
In this role we are looking for an accounting graduate with previous accounting experience who should have advised a team of around 50 people. In this role, you will be encouraged to work on time, in a fairly stressful business environment while being an outstanding colleague.
Prior experience in operations in the ITES industry with experience driving transformation / projects / robotic implementation experience will be preferred
- Lead a large R2R team and manage month end, quarter end and year end – preparation, being responsible for proper execution and ensuring books are closed on time.
- Ensure all month end activities are completed on time and of the highest quality and ensure metrics are met in accordance with agreed critical metrics / SLA goals where applicable.
- Manage the aligned process (if applicable) – General ledger, fixed assets, intercompany, reporting, balance account reconciliations.
- Ensure customer happiness and the success of external and internal audits
