What you will achieve
As a Senior Product Design Advisor, you will be responsible for producing high quality design artifacts that can be referenced by various stakeholders, balancing user requirements with business goals. You will see through the lifecycle of design, user research, framing, interaction design to prototyping and visual design.
You will be:

• Drive product design from discovery to frame development and design production.
• Manage usability testing, design analysis, and design strategy to meet user needs.
• Train the cross-functional team on design requirements.
• Showcase industry best practices that can add value to the design process.
• Support in the recruitment and hiring of team members.

What is required

• 8 to 12 years of experience in design models, from user research to low and high fidelity mockups.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design solutions and requirements of various stakeholders.
• In-depth project management skills to facilitate product design from A to Z.
