As a senior software developer, you would have the opportunity to design and implement solutions that solve real world problems and not just on paper. You have the ability to start leading a small team, refine processes, and deliver world-class results.
Requirement :
1. The candidate must have exceptional problem solving and analytical skills.
2. The candidate should have a solid understanding of computer science basics, designs, algorithms and coding best practices.
3. The candidate must have been exposed to working on an end-to-end product / feature.
4. Proficiency in any coding language (such as Java / C / C ++ /. Net)
5. Experience in coaching junior members is preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. As Senior Technical Associate, you will be responsible for the development of complex software modules (hands-on development through all phases of development, including coding).
2. You will be responsible for estimating, scoping and setting expectations with customers on expected delivery dates.
3. You will be responsible for guiding and reviewing the code / delivery for junior team members.
4. You will be responsible for understanding the overall architecture, high level and low level design of the product and educating the team about it. ,
