• Make improvements to existing software with minimal direction
• Participate in code reviews and identify moderate issues or deviations from best practices
• Collaborate on technical designs at the component level
• Own and help others debug and document root cause analysis and resolution
• Identify team-level process improvements to support operations and the development ecosystem
• Provide support for software versions
• Mentor and train new associates within the team and training programs

People management responsibilities (for associates with one or more direct reports):

• Seek to understand disagreements, make sure all points of view are heard, and facilitate a resolution plan.
• Delegate work appropriately, provide clear expectations and follow up to ensure progress and overcome obstacles. Identify associate and team priorities based on the direction of the business and adjust them if necessary.
• Lead by example and share knowledge and experiences with associates and the team. Create a respectful work environment where you stand up for your team, create accountability and recognize accomplishments.
• Provide timely feedback to encourage success, ensure accountability, and connect development opportunities for your associates.
• Identify the right talent to get the results you want. Promote and build a diverse and cohesive team to achieve goals and align associate skills to fill gaps.
