Responsible for directing and monitoring HR data analytics, quality management and shared service operations with the goal of ensuring periodic and timely closure of shared service activities in accordance with process, to politics and budget. Manages operational transactions of – employee data management, payroll management, integration and training center, benefits administration and information center management. Improves processes to increase operational efficiency. Defines and implements a framework, methodology and metrics for workforce analysis based on interaction with internal stakeholders. Performs the evaluation and benchmarking of HR processes and defines the quality framework. Lead the execution of employee benefit policies and compliance with regulatory requirements.
