Job description: We are looking for a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst in Commercial and Corporate Affairs within Global Business Services (GBS), Bangalore, India. You can expect exciting work leading different projects and engaging with multiple stakeholders globally. The position is located in Bangalore, India.

The position

As a Digital Quality Assurance Analyst, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of website components and configured websites related to the global deployment of our affiliate, academy and healthcare professional websites. . In addition, you will be responsible for quality assurance on digital assets, ensuring functionality and proper appearance as per the brief, aligning yourself with stakeholders involved in the development process on expectations of testing performed on isolated components and configured websites.

The position requires extensive knowledge of website development and in addition, some knowledge of website design will be useful. Ideally, you have worked with Adobe Experience Manager before.

You are responsible for email quality assurance, checking email integrity on a predefined set of devices (desktop and mobile) and email clients. In addition, responsible for verifying compliance with the target platform to enable proper monitoring and analysis.

You are also responsible for the quality assurance of eDetailers. In addition, responsible for verifying that the relationship of assets between the materials produced and our DAM is appropriate and complete. In addition, responsible for verifying that the distribution packages conform to the requirements of the target platform.

You naturally need to be able to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively, have a quality mindset and attention to detail is a prerequisite for success. Key business issues, goals and processes, you manage cross-functional teams or projects aligned with strategic goals, using appropriate project management tools and techniques, as well as contingency and communication plans.

Qualifications

You must have the knowledge and skills below:

  • M.Sc., B.Sc. BE or similar graduate degree in a relevant field (IT, IT quality, website development)
  • Experience working with website setup in Adobe Experience Manager
  • Industry recognized quality assurance (ISO, Six Sigma, Lean) and quality management certification
  • Excellent communication skills in English and comfortable working with different cultures
  • At least 5 years of extensive knowledge of IT technologies, to be able to understand, advise and challenge decisions made on IT QA matters
