Responsibilities of the role

The SRE Engineer is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of API Technology BAU.

  • SALES FORCE support resource to provide 24 * 7 support through shits
  • Support coverage includes primary health check, incident management and change assistance for application / infrastructure and interface changes.
  • The role involves other non-BAU tasks such as
  • Trend and analysis of incidents.
  • Acquisition of new knowledge about applications within the scope of the development team
  • Perform development tasks as a secondary responsibility
  • Supplier management for service improvement.
  • Analysis and monitoring of L2 & L3 tickets for closure.
  • Weekly meeting of company stakeholders
  • Interact with other stakeholders such as companies and country contact points
  • System improvement plan.
  • CAB meetings
  • Review the implementation plan
  • Participate in disaster recovery activities
  • The unavailability of this resource will impact the availability of applications and BAU activities.

  • RPBWM Digital Retail Channels API Technology and Innovation Team
  • SALESFORCE supplier team
  • RPBWM Retail Digital Channels API Technology and Innovation – applicable internal technology stakeholders
  • RPBWM Retail Digital Channels API Technology and Innovation – internal stakeholders and applicable support functions (e.g. regional and national stakeholders, audit and compliance, etc.)

Our ideal candidate

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
  • More than 5 years of experience in application support
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills to interact with many different personalities / stakeholders and achieve consensus when needed
  • Technical skills including Salesforce, Apex, Angular JS, Springboot, Java & J2EE, Oracle, Linux

Must have skills

  • Multitasking ability.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Understanding of agile practices and experience using agile tools such as JIRA
  • A track record of commitments
  • Technical skills including
  • SALESFORCE Support experience Skills
  • Mountain peak
  • Angular JS, Springboot, Java & J2EE, Oracle, Linux
