Job description and requirement
- Provide first / second level technical support, service restoration, service request fulfillment and user advice ensuring maximum availability, performance and use of knowledge and information systems.
- Follow a systematic, disciplined and analytical approach to problem solving to meet established standards and agreed upon procedures. Executes transactions according to prescribed deadlines.
Profile of the desired candidate.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Service Desk / Technical Support Process / Cloud Computing Process.
- Excellent communication skills Competence equivalent to C1.
- The diploma is compulsory.
- Freshers with Back Ground technique May apply. (lot 2019 to 2021)
- Flexible to work in rotating shifts
