Role of the job:
§ Acquire quality Current Account Customers who do International Trade.
§ Identify target markets and segments
§ Make sure to follow all compliance and KYC standards during the acquisition
§ Make sure the customer is guided with regards to rates and charges.
§ Commission and rate to be set in the system.
§ Activate the first business transaction.
§ Explore the potential of various trading and FES products like futures, LC / BG / BC, travel cards, etc.
§ Ensure clients maintain high CA AMB values in open accounts.
§ Generation of active leads.
§ Smooth transition from client to branch operations team
§ Inform customers about cut-off times and monitor SLAs
§ Maintain a low acquisition cost by acquiring greater value of accounts
§ To achieve business / revenue objectives
§ Have complete knowledge of competitor activities and report them to ASMs
§ Coordinate and ensure that service delivery is carried out in accordance with SLAs and TATs
§ Acquisition and retention of new customers in all segments.
§ Keep abreast of AML / KYC / RBI guidelines and ensure growth by complying with all regulatory guidelines.
§ Retention of existing customers
§ Handle customer complaints and forward complaints to the appropriate authorities for resolution.
§ Ensure that all documents required for agent hiring, including KYC, in accordance with bank policy, are in place for a smooth business relationship.
§ Submission of the required sales pitch for the respective product.
§ Timely submission of required reports.
§ Carry out promotional activities conveyed by the ASM / RSM
§ Plan and organize various promotional activities Regularly updates RSM on current market practices / business strategies by competitors.
Graduate, PG preferable
· 1 to 3 years of Trade Fx and FES preferably in the banking sector.
· Excellent knowledge of the field.
· In-depth knowledge of Trade and FES products.
· Excellent sales skills.
Excellent knowledge of customer behavior and engagement in each product / geographic segment
High levels of energy and enthusiasm, should have winning attitudes
· Outstanding thinker and creative problem solver.
· Good listener and must have excellent communication skills.
Excellent negotiator and smart worker
· Results oriented, especially in achieving given NTBs and sales targets.
Good oral and written communication Must be good at strategy, aggressive but compliance oriented
