Human Resources Human Resources oversee the implementation of the Group’s HR strategy in line with the company’s objectives. It facilitates talent management, succession planning and employee mobility while defining and overseeing frameworks that support employee performance management, reward, learning and development, resources and engagement. . We are currently looking for an experienced professional to join the Employee Relations team. Job Introduction Plan, manage and execute INM’s employee relations and industrial relations strategy and policies, to support change and transformation while maintaining a harmonious work environment within the organization. Ensure that decisions taken in this regard comply with local laws and applicable Group directives. Main responsibilities Provide strategic advice to companies on labor and employment aspects in key transformation / change initiatives Support the HR team / business leaders at large on labor law issues and employment and anchor governance responsibility for policies / guidelines / processes belonging to HR / ER design and implementation of HR / ER policies in accordance with local labor laws, regulations, new labor codes and Group guidelines. Implement and act as the custodian of important internal policies such as the Global Consequence Management Framework, the INM Disciplinary Policy, the Policy on Prohibition / Prevention and Remediation of Sexual Harassment, Resolution of grievances, code of conduct, etc. Act as an advisor to subsidiaries across India including HR and corporate Manage union relations and strategy including internal Federation and external unions Engage and manage relationships with legal advisors effectively Work on litigation strategy with regard to labor disputes Ownership and responsibility for results Work closely with the head of RE on union negotiations Represent HSBC in front of the whole government. authorities, courts and tribunals in the context of investigations, inspections and disputes. Collaborate with local union leadership and rewards staff in the zones Manage IR situations on the ground in the event of conflict with internal or external unions. Supervise contractual staff / outsourcing engagement by company, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal directives. Qualifications A post-graduate degree in human resources 5-7 years of experience in HR employee relations Strong business acumen and ability to understand changing business trends Knowledge of labor and employment laws and their application to the business context A clear and concise communication style, both in presentation skills and in written English.
